Exemplary Customer Service and Quality Products

Sub ZeroQuestion: How does Wigwam create exemplary customer service and a quality product?

Answer: Wigwamians, a month ago I purchased a double package of your socks, Moose, I believe was the name. They were faulty. Holes appeared in the toes of all four socks after one day of wear. I called, I complained. I wrote, I complained. My complaints were answered and I was given an apology, by an actual human being and I was sent a box of four pairs of socks, for my trouble. I received two pairs of the sub zero socks and two pairs of the field boot socks. I am writing today to thank and you to tell you that these are some fine socks. I am so pleased with them and so very pleased with how you handled my troubles. It is rare in this time of business, internet, facelessness to be able to pick up the phone, call a company get a real person and get fast friendly care. I truly appreciate this and forever more, I am an owner of your fine products. Thank you again.

Sincerely, Paul K.

How Tough Are Your Wigwams?

 F6077_21G
Question: How is the durability of Wigwam socks?

Answer:
I just wanted to let you know tht after 3 years 9 months of rough and tough outdoor activities daily I wore a hole in the heal of one sock and replaced the pair yesterday. This pair was wore approximately 200 times through the roughest conditions of work and play and I am not exactly small. I still have 6 more pair bought at about the same time and will see how long they last. These were the Hiking/ Outdoor Pro style. I will let people in the outdoor comunity know about them. Thank you for being American made.

Sincerely, Marc Rosson www.hillsncreeks.com

Kudos for Staying American Made

Question: Does Wigwam get to hear positive feedback on their products from consumers?

Answer: Yes, we do and welcome hearing everything from all of the Wigwam fans out there. Comments are consistently coming in via the website, email, and our phone lines. Below is an example.

"Yes, good afternoon Mr. Chesebro. I am I guess what you would call a very satisfied customer. I had some wet feet and I bought a pair of your socks that were phenomenal. Then I bought a couple more pairs for me and a couple of more pairs for my wife, which were promptly appropriated by my daughter. And it is very nice to find a product that is made in this country that is of good quality. You and your family have done good. I like finding something that is not made in China. Good for you. Keep doing what you are doing and I will keep buying your product. Thanks again."

Blister-Free Running

Question: What can be done for people that tend to get blisters when they run? What socks are best?

Answer: Wigwam recommends any of our socks that have Dri-Release in them or any Wigwam styles from the Pro series. Blisters tend to be caused by moisture and these types of socks will keep your feet dry. If you are a distance runner, go with Pro. Both will keep you comfortable during your entire run.
