Product Guarantee / Returns

We stand behind our product and are proud to say that all of our socks are manufactured in the United States. The Wigwam line is guaranteed for two years and our Super 60 products are guaranteed for one year.

If you purchased the socks directly from within 30 days and the socks are unworn, you can return the socks for a full refund or product exchange by sending them to: Returns

If you purchased your socks within our one and two year warranty period from another retailer and have either a defective product or are dissatisfied with the product, you can return the socks to the address below for exchange.

It is not Wigwam policy to refund shipping costs for exchanges nor do we issue cash refunds for socks purchased from another retailer, but we do want to make sure you get the great pair of Wigwam socks you deserve!

Back to Top Shipping currently ships within the United States for a flat rate of $7.50 for USPS shipping, and to Canada for a flat shipping rate of $15.00. All orders of $69.99 will receive free shipping. Keep checking back for expanded shipping options.

As noted above under Product Guarantee / Returns. Wigwam does not reimburse return shipping costs for exchanges, but we will ship your new pair(s) out free of charge.

Holiday orders must be placed by 12/15/15 by 12PM CST to guarantee arrival by Dec 24th.

Should I use fabric softener on my socks?

We recommend not using fabric softener in the styles that are classified as moisture moving.  The fiber is made up of channels.  The channels are used to move the moisture away from the foot and after time liquid fabric softener will get trapped in the channels causing the sock not to wick as it was designed.

What happened to the Ultimax® and INgenius® brands?

In early 2008 both brands were rolled in to the Wigwam brand. The Ultimax label denotes that the sock contains patented Wigwam moisture-moving technology. Both Ultimax and INgenius are now part of the Ultimax brand. Ultimax can now be identified by "Ultimax" on the package and the word “Pro” as a part of the product name. The INgenius brand is now denoted by "Ultimax" on the package and the word “Fusion” as a part of the product name.

Monthly Sale

Wigwam holds a Factory Sale the second Thursday of each month (7 a.m.– 5 p.m.). We offer specially priced Wigwam merchandise, irregulars, product with slight imperfections, and overstock socks, hats, and accessories. The location is 3402 Crocker Avenue, Sheboygan, WI 53081.
